A home or kitchen remodel can be an intimidating challenge to take on, often with many decisions and moving parts involved. At Kitchen Renovations Perfected, we understand the daunting task this can be and make it our business to take a professional approach and logical path to addressing this problem. The team at KRP work together with our clients to create a design, budget, and timetable for your project, as well as recommending, educating, and supplying you with the multitude of materials needed to accomplish your dream project. Once it is time to initiate, we will coordinate every step of the project from start to finish so that you may traverse your project with the lowest level of stress possible.
First Steps
- We discuss with our clients the details of their new project, including their wish-list and wants for the area. If possible, client may provide rough measurements or plans of the area in question. If unavailable, our designers will visit client’s home to take accurate and detailed measurements.
- KRP produces a design & proposal based on the known measurements and previous discussions with client.
- Design, Proposal, and Project Details are presented to client for feedback.
- Finalized Design & Proposal is agreed upon.
- Finalization includes:
- Review and approval of floor plan, layout, and elevations
- Approval of Cabinetry Door & Drawer styles, Wood Selection, Cabinet Construction, and Color & Finish
- Hardware Selections
- Contract Signed and Deposit Due
Timeless Beauty
- Project coordinator confirms delivery date of cabinetry and creates day-to-day project schedule
- Preliminary work is completed.
- Removal of old cabinetry
- Preliminary Plumbing & Electrical work complete to accommodate new layout
- Necessary drywall repair is completed
- Flooring leveled and readied for cabinetry installation
- Home delivery and installation of cabinetry
A Design Above
- After cabinetry installation is complete, each item is inspected. Cabinetry is cleaned inside and out and adjusted
- Debris are removed
- Countertop template is taken
- Countertop, backsplash, final plumbing, and final electrical work are complete.
- Appliances are installed.
