Kitchen Renovations Perfected is seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. As an Interior Designer, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from residential to commercial spaces, and collaborate with a team of professionals to create stunning and functional designs that exceed our clients’ expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to determine their goals, preferences, and budget for interior design projects.
• Conduct research and gather inspiration to develop design concepts that align with clients’ requirements.
• Create detailed design proposals, including floor plans, mood boards, and 3D visualizations.
• Select appropriate colors, materials, furniture, fixtures, and accessories to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the space.
• Source and procure materials and furnishings within budgetary constraints.
• Work closely with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless execution of design plans.
• Oversee the implementation of designs, providing guidance and support to the project team.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in interior design.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Interior Designer, with a portfolio showcasing previous projects.
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of space planning, color theory, and materials selection.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving design trends and client preferences.
• A passion for creativity and an eye for detail.
